Philip Schade established CDI - Career Development International as Managing Director. A German native, Philip graduated from the Hotel Management School Lausanne in 1985 with a B.S. in Hotel Management and also attended various courses at Cornell University, Ithaca, N.Y., USA. After completion of a one-year Management Training assignment with Hilton International at Hilton Hotels in Duesseldorf, Mainz and Munich, Philip served at the Hilton International Sales Office in Frankfurt.

Between 1989 and 1996 Philip was heading Sales & Marketing operations at prestigious hotels in Europe such as the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski in Munich and the Ciragan Palace Kempinski Istanbul, where he was chosen to participate temporarily in the pre-opening of the Kempinski Airport Munich.

 While in Asia, Philip gained extensive experience in management operations at the 700 rooms Seoul Hilton in Korea with the last position held as Executive Assistant Manager before entering the field of Executive Recruitment and ultimately establishing CDI, he also is a certified trainer in psychometric profiling and assessment.

Besides being a member of Rotary International and the German Chamber of Commerce in Istanbul,  Philip also heads as "Stammvater" the alumni section  Turkey for graduates of the Hotel Management School Lausanne.

 In addition Philip attended the 2008 AIPAC conference in Washington, D.C. with amongst others Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, John McCain, and Condoleezza Rice as guest speakers and  was panel speaker at  2007 Hannover Trade Fair, “Turkish bilateral relations and beyond” which was opened by German Chancellor Dr. Angela Merkel and Turkish Prime Minister Tayyip Erdogan.

 Philip is fluent in English, German and French with a basic command of the Turkish language.

Rüya, a German national joined CDI - Career Development International in the capacity as Account Director. Graduated from the Anadolu Hotel Management School in Istanbul and later visited the Anadolu University in Turkey. 2007 Rüya attended the Cornell University in New York, USA  where she complete a Human Resources Management  Program. She is a Certified   Human Resources Specialist gained from the European School of Economics in Istanbul.

Rüya gained professional experience in the field of Food & Beverage with Dedeman Hotels, Turkey's largest hotel company, and the Sheraton Hotel Istanbul. She continued her career as Head of the Banqueting Department at Hotel Dahmen in Krefeld, Germany followed by over five years at the prestigious Ciragan Palace Hotel Kempinski in Istanbul at the Sales & Marketing Office before joining CDI.

Rüya, who is fluent in Turkish, German and English with basic knowledge of French is mainly concentrated on international operating hotel companies in Turkey and high profiled national candidates.
